The Public Hearing Process

More often than not, it is the public hearing process that plays a key role in the success of a given project. The KGF team has presented to and worked with Zoning Commissions, Planning Commissions, City Councils, County Commissioners Courts, Municipal Courts, Utility Boards and Commissions – such as SAWS, CPS, Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and Public Utility Commission – Boards of Adjustment, Community Stakeholder Organizations, Neighborhood and Homeowner Associations, Building Standards Boards and Historic and Design Review Commissions.
